Agilus is recruiting for a Senior Auditor in the public sector. What's in it for you:- $50.00 - $80.00 hourly

Responsibilities:- Lead and complete audit steps in TeamMate for assigned audit sections and significant financial statement line items
- Conduct and oversee audit activities including interviews, document analysis, and audit documentation
- Prepare and review management letter points
- Review, respond to, and resolve audit review notes from audit leads
- Identify and document significant audit issues and exceptions
- Coordinate audit requests and responses with audited entities
- Review financial statements and related notes, including responses to technical advisors
- Review work completed by intermediate auditors and other team members and participate in audit meetings and debriefings with client management
Successful candidates will have:- Degree or diploma in finance or accounting AND a professional accounting designation (CA, CMA, CGA, or CPA)
- Minimum 48 months of experience performing financial audits
- Ability to work and communicate orally and in writing in both English and French
- Must hold a Reliability Clearance
