Team Lead, Financial Planning, Reporting and Analysis

Agilus is recruiting for a Team Lead, Financial Planning, Reporting and Analysis in the Energy in Calgary, Alberta. seeking a highly motivated and analytical Team Lead, Financial Planning, Reporting and Analysis to support the company’s internal financial planning and reporting function. This role plays a critical part in delivering accurate forecasts, insightful analysis, and streamlined reporting processes. As a key contributor to the FP&A team, you will collaborate across departments, across regions, support strategic decision-making, and help drive financial performance. Responsibilities:- Coordinate with regional finance teams to collect, review, and consolidate budget and forecast submissions
- Prepare and manage the Corporate function’s budget and forecast, ensuring alignment with overall financial targets
- Validate accuracy and completeness of consolidated financial data across regions and functions
- Develop and deliver management reporting packages that highlight key variances, trends, and insights
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across the consolidation and planning system
Successful candidates will have:- Professional Accounting Designation (CPA or equivalent), MBA or a CFA preferred
- 8+ years of experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting
- Strong understanding of multi-jurisdictional and multi-currency environments
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with planning systems (BPC, SAC, One Stream etc.)
