AR and Collections Administrator needed in SE Calgary for a 12-month contract! Start in January, $25/hour+Agilus is recruiting for an AR and Collections Administrator in the oil and gas sector in Calgary, Alberta. Our oil and gas client located in SE Calgary is looking to add an AR Collections Administrator to their finance team. This person will be handling collections, invoicing, and reporting. Tech savvy individual needed. What's in it for you:- $25.00 - $30.00 hourly
- Location: SE Calgary
- Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm
- Work model: full time in-office
- 12-month contract
Responsibilities:- Calling customers to collect outstanding balances
- Reconciling customer balances and investigating disputes
- Presenting monthly AR reports
- Managing the AR inbox
- Submitting invoices through Open Invoice, Ariba, and Cortex
- Running credit application background checks
- Supporting the cash application processes
Requirements:- 2+ years of experience in AR and collections
- Fluent with SAP and MS Excel
- Fluent with Open Invoice, Ariba, or Cortex
- Experience with high-volume invoicing
