HR Administrator
London, ON
Agilus is recruiting for an HR Administrator in the manufacturing industry in London, Ontario. This is a one year contract role, and is responsible for coordinating and scheduling training programs, managing training records, and preparing HR reports and metrics. The incumbent will also support recruitment activities, onboarding, employee assistance, PPE requests, and other HR-related tasks. A typical day:- Schedule training programs, coordinate training materials and maintain training records for assigned division
- Collect and summarize training data for supervisors
- Prepare and analyze detailed HR reports/metrics
- Coordinate candidate in-person and phone interviews and other onsite meetings; active participation on project teams as assigned
- Support on-boarding; assist employees with troubleshooting
- Create internal job posting; support employees with PPE requests
Successful candidates will have:- HR diploma/certificate or equivalent
- HS Degree + 3 years experience in HR/Training
- Manufacturing background is an asset
We provide:- $26.00 - $28.50 hourly
- One year contract
