Bilingual HR Generalist

Agilus is recruiting for a Bilingual HR Generalist in the city of in Mississauga, Ontario. On behalf of our client, we are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, bilingual HR Generalist to support key HR functions, including recruitment, policy compliance, certifications, performance management, and employee engagement. Total rewards:- $68000.00 - $72000.00 annually

A typical day:- Lead full-cycle recruitment and ensure a smooth, positive hiring and onboarding experience.
- Update and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and clear communication.
- Support the creation and maintenance of the employee handbook and core HR documentation.
- Coordinate and deliver HR training sessions and communication plans.
- Manage compliance programs and certifications (Great Place to Work, CQIF, Pay Equity), including documentation and deadlines.
- Support performance management: goal setting, reviews, and continuous feedback.
- Contribute to HR projects like employer branding, engagement programs, DEI initiatives, and change-management efforts.
- Foster a positive, collaborative culture while supporting organizational standards and initiatives.
Successful candidates will have:- Minimum 3 years of HR experience, including exposure to recruitment, policy work, and performance management.
- Excellent communication skills in English and French (written and spoken).
- Degree, diploma, or certificate in Human Resources Management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., Dayforce, SuccessFactors); exposure to a payroll system is an asset.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize.
- Brings strong attention to detail, a warm presence, and a strong sense of drive
