HRIS Analyst Role Open Now! - (6 month Contract)Agilus is recruiting for a HRIS Analyst (Contract) in the Government Sector in a hybrid work environment in Calgary, Alberta. We are seeking an HRIS Analyst with strong expertise in Workforce Management and Payroll processes. This role will ensure optimal system functionality, support business operations, and drive process improvements within UKG solutions. The analyst will act as a subject matter expert and liaison between HR, Payroll, and Operations teams. What's in it for you:- $40.00 hourly

Responsibilities:- Act as the subject matter expert for UKG Workforce Management and Payroll.
- Configure and maintain system settings to meet compliance standards.
- Analyze business requirements and translate into functional specifications.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide functional support to HR and Payroll teams.
- Conduct data and payroll audits for accuracy and completeness.
- Identify and resolve implementation issues impacting adoption.
- Deliver end-user training and guidance on UKG functionalities.
- Recommend system enhancements to improve efficiency and accuracy.
You bring:- Proven experience as an HRIS Analyst or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of UKG Workforce Management and Payroll modules.
- Expertise in system configuration and troubleshooting.
- Ability to audit and validate data for accuracy and compliance.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical teams.
- Experience in training and guiding end-users.
