Bilingual Claims Analyst - REMOTE
Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for a Bilingual Claims Analyst in the legal services sector.
Are you fluent in English and French and eager to use your communication skills to make a real difference? We’re seeking a Bilingual Claims Analyst to provide clients with accurate, professional, and attentive support. This is a remote role, and you must be physically located in Canada.
Responsibilities:

Work closely with internal teams and clients to process claims accurately and efficiently.
Craft clear, professional scripts and written communications to guide claimants.
Ensure projects stay on schedule while maintaining high-quality work.
Handle claim data with care, maintaining confidentiality and strong attention to detail.

Requirements:

Fully bilingual in English and French (spoken & written)
Strong written communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills
Prior experience in claims processing
Organized, detail-oriented, and committed to high-quality work

Technical Requirements:

Use a device with a minimum of 8 GB RAM and 256 GB storage
Run Windows 10 or higher, including MacBook Pro M1 running Windows
Maintain internet speeds of at least 20 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload with jitter of 20 ms or less
Operate a computer with Intel i5 or AMD Ryzen 5 processor or better
