Junior Sales Representative – Launch Your Career in Outside Sales
Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for a Junior Sales Rep in the Industrial Sector in Etobicoke, Ontario.
This entry-level sales role offers hands-on exposure to account management, customer engagement and business development within a manufacturing environment. Working closely with a Sales Manager, you’ll support existing accounts while building the skills and confidence needed to progress into an outside, commissioned sales role. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales professional eager to learn the full sales cycle.
A day in the life:

Co-manage assigned customer accounts alongside the Sales Manager
Build a pipeline of new business through cold calling and prospecting
Respond to customer concerns and follow up on outstanding quotes
Prepare pre-call planners for meetings, calls and video conferences
Liaise with internal teams including design, processing and customer service

The successful candidate brings:

Hold a college diploma
Bring 1–2 years of B2B sales experience in a manufacturing environment
Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word
Possess a valid G licence with access to a reliable vehicle
Show comfort working in factory, office and field-based environments
