Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for several Bilingual Call Centre Representatives in the legal field. Join a dynamic remote team as a Bilingual Call Centre Representative supporting clients across Ontario and Quebec. In this full-time role, you will handle calls and emails in English and French, provide accurate solutions, and deliver a high-quality client experience. Responsibilities:- Apply knowledge and tools to resolve issues on first contact
- Document interactions clearly while following established procedures
- Deliver empathetic service while managing multiple systems
- Handle inbound calls and emails in English and French with professionalism
- Investigate client inquiries and provide accurate, timely solutions
Requirements:- Demonstrate strong bilingual communication skills in English and French
- Experience in customer service or call centre environments
- Exhibit strong data entry and written communication abilities
- Navigate Microsoft Office and multiple systems comfortably

- Operating System: Windows 10 or higher
- Setup: Dual monitors and headset
- A MacBook Pro (M1 chip) running Windows 10 or higher may also be considered
