Agilus is recruiting for an Administrative Assistant in the First Nations space in Mini Thni, Alberta.
The ideal candidate will excel in managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling confidential information with discretion.

Total rewards:
  • $23.00 - $25.00 hourly
  • One-month contract to start with a high chance of extension
  • Scheduled to work Monday through Friday, on site in Morley from 8:30AM to 4:30 PM or 9am to 5pm
  • 30 min drive from NW Calgary
  • Weekly pay every Friday

A typical day:
  • Calendar Management: Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Picking up coffee/muffins or other light refreshments for meetings
  • Ordering supplies, receiving deliveries, unpacking, and putting items away
  • Helping to set up for meetings (ordering catering, organizing the menu, taking minutes)
  • Stocking the fridge/kitchen and keeping meeting spaces set up and organized

Successful candidates will have:
  • 2+ years of administrative assistant / Executive Assistant experience
  • Your own reliable vehicle to drive to the office daily
  • Advanced user of MS Outlook
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Discretion and Confidentiality are required.
  • Patient and emphatic
