New 3-month AP Clerk role open now in SE Calgary!Agilus is recruiting for an Accounts Payable Clerk in the retail sector in Calgary, Alberta. What's in it for you:- $23.00 hourly
- Location: SE Calgary
- Start date: ASAP
- Contract duration: 3-months with a chance of extension
- Schedule: 8:00am – 4:30pm, Monday to Friday, in-office full time
Responsibilities:- Review and prioritize a high volume of emails daily.
- Send invoices for approval.
- Processing a high volume of invoices.
- Review statements.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounts payable records.
Requirements:- 1+ years of experience as an AP Clerk.
- Experience with high-volume invoices.
- Excellent communication skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Quick with data entry.
