Data Entry Clerk

Agilus is recruiting for a Data Entry Clerk in the Public Sector in Ottawa, Ontario. We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to manage and maintain data in secure systems, support account administration, and assist with queries and documentation in a fast-paced, 24/7 operational environment. We provide:- $21.00 hourly

You will:- Manage and maintain accurate data across multiple secure systems
- Conduct system queries and verify information for operational needs
- Draft and transmit system messages and maintain documentation
- Perform background checks and safeguard sensitive records
- Provide guidance to team members and respond to urgent requests
Requirements:- Secondary school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum 12 months of relevant experience in data entry or administrative support
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn specialized systems
- Bilingual (English/French) communication skills
- Ability to obtain Reliability Security Clearance
