DevOps Architect

Agilus is recruiting for a DevOps Architect in the financial services in a hybrid work environment in Toronto, Ontario. You will:- Strong experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, GitHub Enterprise (self-hosted), Jenkins, JFrog Artifactory, Harness, SonarQube, and feature flag management
- Familiarity with security and quality tools such as BlackDuck and Checkmarx One (SCA/SAST)
- Proven background in architecting and maintaining DevSecOps platforms at scale
- Experience in managing platform roadmaps, software upgrades, and infrastructure alignment
- Ability to consolidate and manage budgets, forecasts, and project plans
- Track record of resolving escalated issues, managing risk, and ensuring platform reliability

An ideal candidate has:- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and coordinate efforts between departments or partner organizations
- 7+ years of experience in DevOps, platform engineering, or infrastructure leadership roles
- Hands-on expertise with a variety of DevOps tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Enterprise, JFrog Artifactory, Harness, and SonarQube
- Deep understanding of DevSecOps practices, including secure coding, CI/CD pipelines, and SCA/SAST tools like BlackDuck and Checkmarx One
- Strong architectural background with the ability to design scalable and resilient systems
- Experience managing vendor relationships and leading tool evaluations or migrations
- A track record of successfully delivering platform roadmaps and aligning technical strategies with organizational goals
