Agilus is recruiting for an OpenShift Site Reliability Engineer in the financial services industry in a hybrid work environment in Mississauga, Ontario. Are you passionate about building scalable, secure, and resilient cloud infrastructure? As an OpenShift Site Reliability Engineer, you’ll lead platform upgrades, troubleshoot complex issues, and automate critical systems in a hybrid enterprise environment. Be the go-to expert for OpenShift and Kubernetes, driving modernization across the client's technology landscape. A typical day:- Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain OpenShift clusters
- Troubleshoot platform issues and lead incident response
- Design and implement automation for provisioning and monitoring
- Act as SME for OpenShift/Kubernetes across teams
- Collaborate with DevOps, Infrastructure, and Application teams
- Conduct peer code reviews and CVE analysis
Successful candidates will have:- 5+ years hands-on experience with designing, installing, and configuring OpenShift clusters
- Strong background in Red Hat Linux and virtualization
- Proficiency in Git, Bash, Docker; Ansible is a plus
- Experience with CI/CD tools, monitoring, and cloud architecture
- Familiarity with Pure Storage, Crunchy Data, and compliance tools
Total rewards:- $100000.00 - $135000.00 annually
