Delivery Manager

Agilus is recruiting for a Delivery Manager in the Financial Services in a hybrid work environment in Toronto, Ontario.
We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to support the planning, coordination, and execution of initiatives across multiple cross-functional technology teams. This is a fast-paced environment that values agility, ownership, and strong delivery discipline. You will play a key role in driving alignment, removing roadblocks, and ensuring delivery teams are set up for success as they work across several concurrent initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys bringing structure and clarity to complex workstreams.
A typical day:

Lead delivery planning and tracking across several development teams
• Maintain project documentation, status reporting, and governance artifacts
• Facilitate agile ceremonies as needed and support teams using various delivery frameworks
• Identify delivery risks, issues, and dependencies and drive resolutions
• Work closely with engineering, product, and enterprise stakeholders to ensure operational alignment
• Contribute to internal delivery playbooks, templates, and process improvements
• Bring structure, clarity, and momentum to ambiguous or evolving workstreams

Successful candidates will have:

• 5+ years in delivery management, project management, or technical program management
• Strong understanding of agile delivery models and hands-on experience working across teams with different frameworks
• Ability to navigate enterprise governance environments and manage cross-functional dependencies
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working in large financial institutions is an asset
• Proficiency with Confluence, Jira, and MS Office Suite
• Experience supporting cloud or platform delivery is a plus

Total rewards:

$80.00 - $100.00 hourly
