Responsibilities:
  • Support the Business Development Manager in lead generation and nurturing
  • Manage inbound inquiries and conduct initial customer assessments
  • Prepare and deliver quotes, proposals, and service agreements
  • Schedule and coordinate client meetings and site visits
  • Maintain and update CRM records accurately
  • Follow up with prospects to drive deals to closure
  • Assist with marketing efforts including email campaigns and lead follow-up
  • Ensure smooth handoff to Service Operations post-sale

Successful candidates will have:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in inside sales, sales support, or account coordination
  • Industry knowledge in HVAC, mechanical, or facility services is a strong asset
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with multitasking ability
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Customer-first mindset with a problem-solving approach
  • Proficient in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office tools
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently and collaboratively
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, service-driven environment
