Agilus is recruiting for a Spare Parts & Service Sales Representative in the Metals Sector in a hybrid work environment in Burlington, Ontario.

REEL Aluminium Inc. is seeking a Spare Parts & Service Sales Representative to manage spare parts inquiries, develop technical solutions, and support global customers in the aluminum industry. Responsibilities:
  • Manage and respond to spare parts inquiries from customers.
  • Prepare accurate customer proposals and quotations.
  • Interpret technical drawings and collaborate with engineering on revisions and part obsolescence.
  • Coordinate with procurement for pricing, availability, and order processing.
  • Develop technical solutions with customers and engineering teams on-site and in-office.
  • Oversee shipping logistics, documentation, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Maintain inventory records and monitor stock movement in ERP systems.
  • Communicate with global REEL offices and customers, including international travel for site visits.

Successful candidates will have:
  • 5–10 years in spare parts/service sales or technical account management.
  • Ability to read technical drawings and understand equipment documentation.
  • Self-starter with a “go getter” mentality—curious about how things work.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and customer service skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Willingness to travel globally (China, India, US, Norway, Turkey, Middle East) and locally (Ontario, Quebec).
  • Background in aluminum, copper, or zinc industries; experience with processing equipment.
