Responsibilities:- Prepare and check layouts, arrangements, and detailed fabrication drawings
- Collaborate with drafting team, project managers, engineers, and production teams
- Provide technical support during the fabrication process
- Ensure compliance with project scope, specifications, and contract requirements
- Utilize AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and related software for design tasks
- Maintain accuracy and quality in all drawings and documentation
- Support continuous improvement in design processes
- Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Requirements:- Diploma in Engineering Design & Drafting Technology or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and SolidWorks; experience with PDM and CADWORX
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge of ASME codes is an asset
- Ability to produce high-quality drawings on time
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Self-starter with strong organizational and time management abilities
- Experience in heavy industrial or steel industry preferred
