Logistics Coordinator / Planner

Agilus is recruiting for a Logistics Coordinator/Planner in the oil & gas sector in Calgary, Alberta. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in transportation logistics, enjoy organizing large volumes of data, and are passionate about continuous improvement. Total rewards:- $30.00 - $35.00 hourly
- 12 Months of Contract Position
- Mon to Friday 8 hours a day
A typical day:- Support carriers and internal stakeholders in daily fuel delivery operations.
- Monitor national trucking coverage and performance to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Assist in investigation and stewarding of safety incidents.
- Create and maintain site maps and plot cards for 1,500+ customer locations, Address construction related impacts to delivery routes or operations.
- Execute redirect processes, reroutes, and load hold functions within SAP.
- Coordinate pump outs, field inventories, and Enablon incident reporting, Monitor and maintain the Trucking group mailbox; handle basic trucking inquiries.
- Oversee scheduling of gas additives, sulphur, ethanol, and pet coke.
- Address construction related impacts to delivery routes or operations, Track and steward downgrade and runout reporting.
Successful candidates will have:- Minimum 3 years of experience in an operations-focused environment.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Power BI).
- Highly organized and detail oriented.
- Proactive, intuitive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Safety-first attitude, A collaborative, relationship driven approach, Strong prioritization skills in a fast paced operational environment.
- Ability to manage and organize large datasets, A problem solving mindset and commitment to service excellence.
