Senior Supply Chain Management Professional – Drilling & Completions | 1 Year Contract, CalgaryAgilus is recruiting for a Supply Chain Management Professional in the Oil and Gas industry in Calgary, Alberta. This senior level Supply Chain Management role supports complex Drilling and Completions operations for a large energy organization. The position focuses on strategic sourcing, RFP execution, and contract negotiations while driving continuous improvement across supply chain processes. Working closely with operational and technical stakeholders, this role requires deep industry experience, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast paced, office based environment. Total rewards:- $70.00 - $140.00 hourly

Responsibilities:- Lead end to end RFP and sourcing activities for drilling and completion services
- Negotiate complex commercial contracts to optimize cost, risk, and performance
- Partner with drilling and completions teams to align supply strategies with operations
- Develop and execute supply chain strategies supporting operational excellence
- Manage supplier performance and continuous improvement initiatives
- Identify cost saving and efficiency opportunities across the supply chain
- Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies and governance
- Support long term category planning and strategic sourcing initiatives
Requirements:- Bring 15–20 years of progressive supply chain management experience
- Demonstrate direct experience supporting drilling and completions operations
- Show proven expertise in RFP development and contract negotiations
- Apply strategic thinking with a strong continuous improvement mindset
- Communicate effectively with technical, operational, and executive stakeholders
- Operate confidently in a fast paced, operationally driven environment
- Commit to full time, in office work in downtown Calgary
- Possess strong commercial, analytical, and vendor management skills
