Agilus is recruiting for a Sales Recruiter in the building supply sector in Woodbridge, Ontario.
An exciting 1-year contract with the potential to transition into a permanent role

$90000.00 - $100000.00 annually
Work full-time hours: 8am to 5pm flexible

A typical day:

Partner with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver tailored talent solutions.
Collaborate with HR Business Partners to ensure smooth recruiting and onboarding processes.
Source qualified candidates using diverse recruiting methods and tools.
Screen and interview candidates for current and future roles.
Conduct sessions with hiring managers to define position requirements.
Negotiate and finalize offers for successful candidates.
Stay informed on competitors, industry trends, and market salary structures; recommend strategy adjustments.
Provide recruiting support and follow-up with candidates and managers to resolve issues promptly.

Successful candidates will have:

Minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience in a high volume, fast paced environment.
Prior experience with applicant tracking system software and related internet recruiting portals.
Must have full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in sales or related roles.
Required experience in campus hiring and engagement.
Familiarity with construction supply or related industry is a strong asset.
Post-secondary degree is an asset
Ability to travel as needed; drivers license and personal vehicle would be convenient for transporting corporate material offsite
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and candidates.
