Agilus is recruiting for a PCO in the Financial Industry in a hybrid work environment in Toronto, Ontario. The PCO is a self-motivated, detail-oriented professional who ensures clarity, follow-through, and consistency across all project activities. This role is focused purely on project coordination, administration, risk tracking, and delivery support Responsibilities:- Project Control & Coordination
- Provide day-to-day project control support across four agile pods
- Act as a central point of coordination between pods
- Support risk assessments for each release, ensuring risks are identified, tracked, and escalated appropriately
- Administrative & Delivery Support
- Track and drive completion of action items, ensuring accountability and follow-through
Successful candidates will have:- Proven experience in Project Control, Project Coordination, or Project Administration roles.
- Background in Financial Institutions (FI) or similarly regulated environments
- Excellent organizational, follow-up, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to operate confidently within large, high-performing teams
- Detail-oriented with the ability to balance structure and flexibility
