Restoration Project Manager

If you thrive in fast-paced environments and bring Xactimate expertise plus hands-on restoration experience, we want to meet you!Agilus is recruiting for a Restoration Project Manager in the property damage restoration and remediation industry in Scarborough, Ontario. 9am–5pm, Monday–Friday — mix of in-office and on-the-road work. Accountabilities:- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal team members.
- Independently create detailed scopes of work, project plans, and accurate estimates using Xactimate and other project management tools.
- Review and analyze trade bids, schedules, and cost estimates; negotiate with trades to meet budget targets.
- Monitor project schedules and budgets, issuing change orders promptly to address scope or timeline adjustments.
- Lead initial and ongoing site meetings to ensure clear communication, quality workmanship, and client satisfaction.
- Track and manage key performance metrics in Xactanalysis, meeting or exceeding company standards.
- Oversee on-site project execution, ensuring safety compliance, proper supervision, and thorough documentation, including progress photos at all major stages.
- Review and approve vendor and subcontractor invoices, complete job costing analysis, and close files with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Must have:- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar project coordination/management or restoration role.
- Proficient in digital tools and estimating software, including proven experience with Xactimate.
- Valid G driver’s license with a clean Driver’s Abstract.
- Experience with Encircle and Docusketch is considered an asset.
- Solid construction background with working knowledge of the Ontario Building Code.
- On-call availability as per on call policy and schedule
- Strong communication, and interpersonal skills with excellent time management.
- Must be able to provide a clean criminal record check and driver’s abstract
