Lead Strategic Programs Driving Enterprise Transformation – Program Manager Opportunity
Agilus is recruiting for a Program Manager in the financial services industry in a hybrid work environment in Mississauga, Ontario. We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead complex, multi-project programs that drive business and technology transformation. In this role, you will provide strategic oversight, ensure governance compliance, manage financials, and align stakeholders across multiple functions. You’ll coach project teams, mitigate risks, and deliver programs predictably within scope, budget, and timelines. Responsibilities:- Lead end-to-end planning and execution of multi-project programs
- Establish governance structures, reporting cycles, and decision forums
- Oversee delivery of concurrent projects using hybrid methodologies
- Manage program financial plans, forecasts, and variance analysis
- Align stakeholders across Product, IT, Operations, and Client Relations
- Facilitate steering committee meetings and executive updates
- Mentor and coach Project Managers and PCOs for high-quality delivery
- Ensure compliance with governance, risk management, and audit standards
Successful candidates will have:- 10+ years of project management experience with proven results
- Minimum 2+ years as Program Manager or 5+ years as Senior PM on $1M+ programs
- Experience managing hybrid delivery environments (Waterfall + Agile)
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced financial management and analytical capabilities
