Lead Engineering Teams to Success – Join a Growing SaaS Innovator as Engineering Manager
Agilus is recruiting for an Engineering Manager in the FinTech industry. We’re seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to drive execution, performance, and team health across multiple product squads in a fast-growing SaaS environment. This hands-on leadership role combines technical fluency with people management to ensure predictable delivery, strong talent development, and scalable engineering practices. Responsibilities:- Manage and coach engineers through regular feedback and growth planning
- Define and track engineering performance metrics for delivery health
- Drive continuous improvement in workflows, tooling, and CI/CD practices
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable operations and on-call readiness
- Own hiring decisions and maintain a strong talent bar for engineering roles
- Support onboarding and early success of new team members
- Foster a culture of accountability, psychological safety, and continuous improvement
- Act as an escalation point for delivery and people-related issues
Successful candidates will have:- 5+ years of software engineering experience in modern SaaS environments
- 3+ years of experience managing engineers, including senior ICs
- Strong technical judgment and ability to coach without owning architecture decisions
- Proven ability to use metrics and operational data to improve execution
- Comfort operating in high-autonomy, fast-paced environments
Total rewards:- $180000.00 - $220000.00 annually
