Agilus is recruiting for an Appraiser in the collision industry in Keswick, Ontario. The Appraiser plays a key role in delivering exceptional customer service by evaluating claims, inspecting damages, and providing accurate appraisals for vehicles. A typical day:- Conduct inspections and appraisals of vehicles to assess damage and determine repair costs
- Communicate clearly and empathetically with customers regarding appraisal findings and next steps
- Prepare documentation for claims processing
- Collaborate with technicians, adjusters, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and efficient service
- Deliver outstanding customer service to internal and external stakeholders while ensuring a thorough and precise assessment of the vehicle's collision damage
- Write estimates as required for scheduled appointments, walk-ins and dealerships as assigned
- Resolve customer inquiries and concerns professionally and promptly
Successful candidates will have:- Comfortable utilizing Microsoft Office
- Audatex/Capture/Mitchell software would be highly desired
- 2+ years of experience estimating or within collision industry would be an asset
- Strong organizational, prioritization and multitasking skills with ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail, be self-driven and motivated all in a fast paced work environment
- Solid independent problem solving and decision making skills
Total rewards:- $45000.00 - $80000.00 annually
