Agilus is recruiting for a Field Service Nurse in the Medical Industry in London, Ontario.
Agilus Work Solutions is recruiting for a Field Service Nurse on a contract basis to support a major medical client through clinical education, product support, and stakeholder engagement.
A typical day:

Provide clinical education and expertise to healthcare professionals, distribution partners, and medical sales teams
Educate clinicians on clinical best practices, proper product use, and applicable healthcare standards
Serve as a clinical advisor, addressing concerns, questions, and product-related issues
Build and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), professional associations, regulatory bodies, and academic institutions
Support product evaluations, implementations, and conversions to ensure optimal clinical outcomes
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to gather and share local market and competitive intelligence
Adapt and localize training, regulatory, sales, and marketing materials for new and existing medical products
Interpret local and provincial standards and translate them into educational content and guidance

Successful candidates will have:

BScN, Registered Nurse (RN), or Nurse Practitioner (NP) designation
Current nursing license and good standing within the province of residence
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Ability to deliver presentations to diverse and large audiences
Comfortable working independently while collaborating cross-functionally
Valid driver’s licence and ability to travel within an assigned territory

Total rewards:

$53.00 - $54.00 hourly
Mileage reimbursement and travel pay
Paid expenses related to travel and fieldwork
Flexible schedules
Overtime pay where applicable

Soft skills:

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint; Excel an asset)
Strong communication, public-speaking, and relationship-building skills
Friendly, professional, and personable approach when working in the field
