Agilus is recruiting for a Administrative Coordinator (Part Time) in the Food and Beverage Industry. in Halifax, Nova Scotia.

Total rewards:
  • $21.00 hourly
  • Long-term contract through June 2026, with posibility for extension
  • Part-time schedule that supports work-life balance (2 days/week)
  • Hands-on experience in Trade Promotion Management systems (Exceedra)

  • Exposure to both Finance and TPM business functions

A typical day:
  • Reconcile invoices accurately within the TPM system (Exceedra)
  • Validate all invoice details prior to reconciliation
  • Close promotions and terms in Exceedra after accurate processing
  • Perform high-volume data entry across internal systems
  • Maintain organized, up-to-date and error-free records
  • Collaborate with Finance for system training and troubleshooting
  • Support the team with general administrative tasks as needed
  • Complete additional duties assigned by the manager

Successful candidates will have:
  • 1–2 years of dedicated data entry experience (required)
  • Background in admin support or customer service with strong technical skills
  • Ability to manage and process accurate, high-volume data
  • Comfort with invoice processing or reconciliations (asset)
  • Strong proficiency with computers and MS Office (Excel especially)
  • Clear, professional communication skills
  • High attention to detail and consistency
  • Ability to work independently and follow structured processes
