Agilus is recruiting for a Non-Process Infrastructure (NPI) Planner & Scheduler in the Oil and Gas Sector in Christina Lake, Alberta.
Our Client is seeking an experienced Non-Process Infrastructure (NPI) Planner & Scheduler to support our Christina Lake North operations. Reporting to the Lead, NPI, this role is responsible for the planning, scheduling, and coordination of maintenance and small project work related to non-process infrastructure, including site roads, utilities, buildings, camp facilities, airstrip, and other supporting assets.
Total rewards:

$66.00 - $99.00 hourly
T4 rates - 66.54 - 81.18 and IC rates - 81.15 - 99.00
1 year contract
Fly in Fly out from Calgary and Edmonton
Bus service: La Corey, AB & Lac La Biche, AB

A typical day:

Plan and schedule all trades and service providers for non-process infrastructure activities across Christina Lake North.
Prepare complete work packages, including job plans, materials, parts, tooling, required trades, documentation, and cost estimates
Create and distribute service requests, work orders, PMs, and purchase requisitions
Waste, pest control, potable water, and wastewater treatment
Provide planning and scheduling assistance for Turnaround and Outage events.
Support KPIs including planning backlog, ready backlog, capacity utilization, and maintenance cost performance
Receive and prioritize work notifications based on priority, safety, and operational needs

Successful candidates will have:

3+ years of planning and scheduling experience
Journeyman Trade Certification with a minimum of 5+ years’ industrial experience
Strong proficiency with CMMS systems
Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency with MS Office (Visio, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience with fire protection systems, water/wastewater treatment, and facilities maintenance workflows.
