Agilus is recruiting for a Business Solutions Analyst in the Oil and Gas Sector in Calgary, Alberta.
This position sits within the Business Performance team in the Business Solutions department, focusing on the development of technical solutions that enable system, data, and process automation
Total rewards:

$85.00 - $115.00 hourly
Pay rate range T4 between $85/hr to $104/hr and IC between $105/hr to $115/hr
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30pm - Office environment
1 year contract
Calgary downtown office

A typical day:

• *The successful candidate is a proactive, detail oriented professional with strong analytical capabilities, well developed behavioral competencies, and experience in change management, data, analytics, reporting, and technology related to land and well data.
• *This role requires advanced facilitation skills to lead meetings and drive results, ensuring effective outcomes across diverse stakeholder groups.
• *Accountable for delivering business process, system, and data automation initiatives through technology assessments, requirements gathering, testing, and deployment to business stakeholders.

Successful candidates will have:

• *A minimum of 10 years of progressive oil and gas experience, or an equivalent blend of education and experience.Relevant post secondary education in petroleum, computer science, business analysis, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• *Relevant post secondary education in petroleum, computer science, business analysis, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• *Experience with upstream Land and Well applications such as WellView, SiteView, CS Land, Execute, and StackDX.
• *Advanced business analysis capabilities, including requirements gathering, validation, testing, facilitation, change management, and process and data modeling.
o *PowerPlatform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps)
o *Azure application development
o *Python scripting, Spotfire
