ServiceNow Developer – End-User & Mobility Workflows | Hybrid Contract
Agilus is recruiting for a ServiceNow Developer in the travel industry in a hybrid work environment in Dorval, Quebec.
This hands-on ServiceNow Developer contract supports mobility and end-user service initiatives by building and enhancing operational workflows. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders to design, configure, test, and deploy ServiceNow solutions that streamline request intake, incident handling, asset processes, and workflow automation. The role balances delivery and collaboration, with a focus on scalable, supportable solutions that transition smoothly into steady-state operations.
A typical day:

Develop and configure ServiceNow workflows and forms
Support request intake, incident management, and asset processes
Design routing logic, validations, and form enhancements
Configure workflow automation aligned with operational needs
Test and deploy ServiceNow solutions into production
Collaborate with service management and endpoint support teams

Successful candidates will have:

Demonstrated hands-on ServiceNow development experience
Strong understanding of ITSM workflows and processes
Experience configuring forms, workflows, and business rules
Ability to gather requirements and translate them into solutions
Ability to work on-site 3–4 days per week as required

Total rewards:

$70.00 - $80.00 hourly
