Now Hiring: Warehouse Associate!Agilus is recruiting for a Warehouse Associate in the Transportation Industry in Winsloe, Prince Edward Island. Agilus is currently recruiting for a reliable and skilled Warehouse Associate/ Forklift Operator to join our client’s team. In this position, you will be responsible for general warehouse duties as well as operating forklifts and other material handling equipment. We offer:- $18.00 - $20.00 hourly
- Monday- Friday from 8:00am-5:00pm (end time may vary)
- Pay rate is $18.00-20.00/h based on experience + 4% vacation pay
- Weekly Payroll
Responsibilities:- Operate sit down forklifts, pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment to load, unload, and transport materials safely and efficiently within the warehouse.
- Move materials to and from storage areas, machines, and loading docks.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and follow shipping/receiving procedures.
- Ensure proper storage of products and organize materials in designated locations.
- Perform regular maintenance checks on equipment and report any issues.
- Follow all company safety procedures and reporting practices.
Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of experience operating forklifts in a warehouse setting.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Comfortable working on your feet for long periods.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Must have a clean criminal record.
