We are seeking an experienced and driven recruiter to join our client's team in a contract positionAgilus by Synergie is recruiting for a Recruiter in the Construction Industry in a hybrid work environment in Winnipeg, Manitoba. The recruiter will manage full-cycle recruitment processes across a variety of roles, partnering closely with hiring managers to attract, assess, and hire top talent. This position is ideal for someone with strong sourcing capabilities, stakeholder management skills, and a passion for delivering an exceptional candidate experience. A typical day:- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Provide guidance to hiring managers on market trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring best practice
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles, including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
- Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and develop effective hiring strategies
- Maintain accurate candidate records and reporting within the ATS
- Use of multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, etc.) for sourcing
Successful candidates will have:- 3 to 6 years of experience in recruitment (high volume)
- Strong sourcing skills and experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools
- Experience recruiting for VDC/BIM, Design Coordinator, PM’s, Supers, Estimators roles preferred.
- Experience working with applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Workday, Dayforce, or similar
- University or bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
- Solid understanding of recruitment best practices and employment standards
- Strong sourcing skills and experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools
Total rewards:- $35.00 - $45.00 hourly
- 9-12 months contract position
- Location: open to candidates in Calgary SW or Edmonton NW
- Great work environment
- Hybrid work schedule
- Monday to Friday
- Pay rate: $35 - $45 (T4) / $46-$55 (incorporate)
