Change Management Specialist | Lead Organizational Transformation & Drive Successful Change Adoption
Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for a Change Management Specialist in the regulatory industry in a hybrid work environment in Winnipeg, Manitoba.
We are seeking an experienced Change Management Specialist to support large-scale organizational transformation initiatives in a project-driven environment. This role will be responsible for developing and executing change strategies, stakeholder engagement plans, communications, training activities, and adoption initiatives that drive successful business outcomes. The successful candidate will partner with project teams, leaders, and stakeholders to ensure organizational readiness and sustained adoption of change.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute change management strategies that support project objectives and business outcomes
  • Conduct change impact assessments, organizational readiness assessments, and stakeholder analyses
  • Create and implement communications, training, sponsor, and stakeholder engagement plans
  • Identify change-related risks and develop mitigation and resistance management strategies
  • Support the design, development, and delivery of training programs and adoption activities
  • Coach project teams, leaders, supervisors, and people managers through periods of change

Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years of experience applying change management principles, methodologies, and tools
  • Minimum 8 years of recent experience working within project management environments supporting organizational change initiatives
  • Change Management certification such as Prosci (ADKAR) and/or Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP)
  • Proven experience supporting large-scale organizational transformation and business change programs
  • Strong experience developing communication plans, training materials, presentations, and stakeholder engagement strategies
  • Must have a Windows-based computer with standard Windows applications.
  • Must have licensed Microsoft Visio software.
