A typical day:- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on production machinery and equipment
- Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems
- Fabricate, weld, and machine parts as needed for repairs or improvements
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve equipment reliability
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies
Successful candidates will have:- 3rd or 4th year apprentice -Millwright / Tool & Die Maker/ Electrician
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or automotive environment
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with CNC machines, PLCs, and robotic systems is an asset
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
