Agilus is recruiting for a Administrative Assistant in the Retail Sector in Windsor, Ontario. We’re seeking an adaptable, customer-focused Administrative Assistant who is organized and ready to support the team. What's in it for you:- $20.00 - $22.00 hourly
- Two weeks of paid vacation to relax and recharge

- Consistent schedule: fully on-site, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM and can commit to working every third Saturday
A typical day:- Answer incoming calls promptly, handle customer inquries and set appointments
- Support with paperwork, scheduling, and service calls
- Support customers with their needs when they come into the office
- Maintain lead and scheduling data in CRM systems
- Manage accounts receivable, processing invoices and taking payments
- Organize and file office documentation
- Monitor office supplies, petty cash, and assist Manager as needed
The successful candidate brings:- 1 - 2 years experience in a customer service and administrative position
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Outlook and Excel)
- Basic accounts receivable experience
- Tech-savvy with CRM experience (would be an asset)
- Exceptionally organized, self-driven, and adept at multitasking
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive, professional attitude
