Senior UAT / BA Consultant

Agilus is recruiting for a Senior UAT/BA Consultant in the Insurance Sector in a hybrid work environment in Waterloo, Ontario.

Responsibilities:

Partner closely with the QA Lead to support and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities across the asset management platform and its integrations.
Contribute to and support end-to-end testing of complex investment operations systems, ensuring data accuracy and functional integrity.
Apply strong business judgment to assess testing outcomes and identify impacts to downstream operational processes.
Support testing of system integrations, particularly file-based data transfers between upstream and downstream platforms.

Requirements:

8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, UAT Analyst, or QA-focused BA within asset management or investment operations.
Proven experience supporting large-scale platform implementations or modernization programs, preferably within asset management, wealth management, or insurance investment environments.
pply strong knowledge of segregated fund (Seg Fund) asset types and related investment structures.
