Total rewards:- $60000.00 - $75000.00 annually

A typical day:- Lead full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and candidate presentation
- Create job postings and maintain applicant tracking and activity reports
- Partner with hiring leaders to forecast needs, update job descriptions, and manage timelines
- Build relationships with schools and associations; attend recruitment events
- Prepare employment agreements, track onboarding documents, and complete reference checks
- Coordinate HRIS setup, system access, and new hire orientations
- Maintain employee files and administer HR programs such as service awards and probation reviews
- Manage off-boarding processes including exit interviews and required documentation
Successful candidates will have:- Diploma or Degree in HR, or equivalent education/experience
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in recruitment or HR administration
- Strong full-cycle recruitment knowledge and sourcing skills
- Proficiency with MS Office and HRIS platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills
