Agilus is recruiting for a Customer Service Assistant in the legal industry in VICTORIA, British Columbia.

This full-time Customer Service Assistant role offers the chance to work in a respected notary practice, supporting legal professionals and managing client interactions. Total rewards:

A typical day:
  • Welcome and assist clients in person, by phone, and via email
  • Coordinate and manage notarization appointments
  • Prepare and process notarization documents accurately
  • Review and analyze client documents and intake forms
  • Handle financial transactions and banking tasks
  • Maintain organized and stocked service areas
  • Monitor electronic communications and online bookings
  • Support office manager and notary with administrative tasks

Successful candidates will have:
  • University degree or equivalent experience (legal experience an asset)
  • Strong interpersonal and professional communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Comfort with numbers and financial information
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and Adobe
  • Ability to learn quickly and work independently or in a team
  • Must have Valid driver’s licence
