Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for several Contract Admnistrative Assistantss in the private industry in Victoria, British Columbia.
These contracts vary in length and give someone a great opportunity to try out different companies and industries!
Total rewards:

$20.00 - $28.00 hourly
$20.00 to $28.00+ per hour depending on position and experience
Weekly pay including 4% vacation pay
Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm
Transit accessible

A typical day:

Answering phones, greeting customers
Schdeduling appointments
Responding to correspondence
Compiling data and creating reports
Filing, photocopying, scanning, data entry

The successful candidate brings:

Must currently live in the Greater Victoria area
Must currently be unemployed and be available 35 hours per week
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Above average knowledge of MS Office - including Word, Excel and Outlook
Previous office experience a definite asset
