Agilus is recruiting for several Contract Admnistrative Assistantss in the private sector in Victoria, British Columbia.

A typical day:
  • Answering phones, greeting customers
  • Schdeduling appointments
  • Responding to correspondence
  • Compiling data and creating reports
  • Filing, photocopying, scanning, data entry

The successful candidate brings:
  • Must currently live in the Greater Victoria area
  • Must currently be unemployed and be available 35 hours per week
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Above average knowledge of MS Office - including Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Previous office experience a definite asset

Total rewards:
  • $20.00 - $28.00 hourly
  • $20.00 to $28.00+ per hour depending on position and experience
  • Weekly pay including 4% vacation pay
  • Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm
  • Transit accessible
