Commercial Coordinator

Agilus is recruiting for a Commercial Coordinator in the manufacturing and building material industry in Vaughan, Ontario. The Commercial Coordinator will support builder and commercial sales teams with quoting, order entry, data management, and coordinating installations. The role also involves working closely with suppliers, site supervisors, installers, and customers to ensure smooth operations. Total rewards:- $65000.00 - $70000.00 annually
- Fully on site Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
- Transportation: Reliable vehicle required for occasional site visits; mileage reimbursed
- Benefits: Available after 3 months, 50/50 cost share
- RRSP: Immediate contribution; 2% match after 6 months of employment
- Vacation: 2 weeks annually
- Paid Time Off: Sick days and flex days
A typical day:- Prepare and deliver quotes to builder clients on time
- Support and maintain builder client relationships and inquiries
- Manage data, records, and accurate order entry
- Coordinate and schedule installations and handle service requests
- Liaise with suppliers and negotiate cost-effective pricing
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations
- Provide prompt, professional customer service
- Maintain organized records and support daily operations
Successful candidates will have:- 2–3 years of experience in administration and customer service
- High school diploma required
- Background in administrative support ideally within construction or building sectors
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook and Excel)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills across phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive problem solver; industry knowledge (garage doors) considered an asset
