Senior Microsoft 365 Consultant – Lead Enterprise M365, Security & Modern Workplace Transformations
Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for a Senior M365 Consultant in the entertainment industry in MONTREAL, Quebec.
We are seeking a Senior Microsoft 365 Consultant to design, optimize, and support enterprise Microsoft 365 environments across collaboration, security, identity, compliance, and endpoint management domains. This role is ideal for a seasoned consultant who thrives in complex client environments, enjoys solving challenging technical issues, and can confidently guide stakeholders through modernization, migration, governance, and security initiatives.
Responsibilities:

Design, configure, administer, and optimize Microsoft 365 solutions
Troubleshoot complex identity, security, messaging, and collaboration issues
Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
Support tenant migrations, modernization projects, and platform enhancements
Implement governance, compliance, and security best practices
Collaborate with delivery teams including architects, security specialists, and project managers

Requirements:

Bring 10+ years of Microsoft 365 administration, engineering, and consulting experience
Demonstrate deep expertise across Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive
Administer Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, Defender, and Purview environments
Troubleshoot identity, access management, security, compliance, and collaboration platforms
Support enterprise-scale Microsoft 365 implementations and migrations
Apply knowledge of Zero Trust, Conditional Access, Identity Governance, and Information Protection strategies

Total rewards:

$75.00 - $85.00 hourly
Flexible contract opportunity with a 3–6 month initial engagement
