Agilus is recruiting for a Property Administrator in the Real Estate Industry in a hybrid work environment in Vancouver, British Columbia.

You will:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all tenant inquiries and concerns.
  • Prepare tenant account reconciliations and support rent collection follow-ups.
  • Maintain and track key dates such as lease expiries, insurance renewals, and occupancy dates.
  • Process and code expense invoices for management approval.
  • Prepare chargeback invoices and assist with tenant compliance related to lease terms.
  • Draft and issue building memos, service notices, rental letters, and adjustment notifications.
  • Support Property Managers with annual budget preparation and operational tasks.
  • Provide administrative support to Property Managers and Property Accountants as needed.

Successful candidates will have:
  • 2–3 years of experience in property administration or a similar role (commercial and residential).
  • Strong computer knowledge with basic technical skills and willingness to learn new softwares.
  • Experience in accounting or accounts receivable functions.
  • Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and time-management capabilities.
  • Strong communication skills in English — both written and verbal.
  • A customer-service oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure environment.
  • Bonus assets (not required): experience with Yardi, MRI, lease interpretation, or legal admin.
