Agilus is recruiting for an AR/AP Clerk in the property sector in Vancouver, British Columbia.
Our client is looking for someone to join their finance team temporarily for a 2-month contract in downtown Vancouver. This role will handle AR/AP as well as reconciliations and bank deposits. Perfect person for this role has Yardi experience, AR/AP experience, and is a quick learner.
What's in it for you:

$25.00 - $27.00 hourly
Starting ASAP
Monday to Friday, full time in-office, 8:30am to 4:30pm
Training provided
Location: downtown Vancouver office
Paid parking available
2-month contract with chance of extension

Responsibilities:

Processing a high-volume of AP and AR invoices/transactions
Using Yardi
Reconciliations and bank deposits
Updating finance documents
Data entry

Requirements:

1+ years of working experience with high-volume AR/AP
Working experience with Yardi preferred, or similar systems like JDE
Quick learner
Available for the full duration of the contract
MS Office fluency
