Agilus is recruiting for a Agreement Sales Representative in the Industrial Service & Equipment Sector in Vancouver, British Columbia.

A typical day:
  • New Business Development: Prospect and secure new service agreement clients across BC—no existing accounts.
  • CRM Management: Utilize CRM daily to track leads, visits, calls, and quotes.
  • Sales Funnel Growth: Build and maintain a robust pipeline to meet monthly quotas.
  • Client Engagement: Conduct on-site visits and presentations to establish strong relationships.
  • Market Expansion: Strategically target accounts and report progress monthly.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate with national sales teams for seamless service delivery.
  • Reporting: Provide monthly progress updates and participate in weekly sales meetings.
  • Adapt & Grow: Take on additional duties as assigned by management.

Successful candidates will have:
  • Proven experience in industrial sales or business development.
  • Strong understanding of sales prospecting and ability to identify new opportunities.
  • Basic mechanical/electrical aptitude to understand client needs.
  • Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM systems.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within BC.
  • A degree in business or related field (preferred).
