Temporary Labourers Needed – Outdoor Cleanup Project
Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for several General Labourers in the Waste Management Sector in Truro, Nova Scotia.
Agilus by Synergie looking for laborers to support the cleanup of a wooded encampment area within Truro. This work is part of a broader effort to help restore and maintain community spaces so they can be safely enjoyed by the public. This is hands-on, physically demanding work that will require working off-trail in wooded terrain and removing materials from areas not easily accessible by vehicles.
What's in it for you:

$20.30 hourly
Weekly Pay + 4% Vacation pay
Monday to Friday shifts
7:00am - 3:00pm
Short term work until project is completed

A typical day:

Clearing debris and materials from a wooded site
Lifting, carrying, and hauling materials out of the area
Navigating uneven ground, brush, and forested terrain
Supporting a team to efficiently complete the cleanup project

Successful candidates will have:

Physically fit and comfortable with heavy labour
Reliable Transportation (not on bus route)
Comfortable working outdoors in rough, wooded environments
Dependable, hardworking, and safety-focused
Able to work as part of a team and follow direction
