Senior Systems Administrator – Azure, Exchange & Enterprise Infrastructure | Hybrid Contract
Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for a System Administrator in the legal industry in a hybrid work environment in MONTREAL, Quebec. We are seeking a Senior Systems Administrator to support and enhance enterprise infrastructure across cloud and on-premises environments. This role combines operational support, project delivery, infrastructure modernization, and security initiatives within a complex enterprise environment. You'll provide advanced technical expertise across Microsoft technologies, lead critical infrastructure projects, and help ensure the reliability, security, and performance of essential business systems. Responsibilities:- Identify, assess, and remediate security vulnerabilities across infrastructure environments
- Lead and contribute to infrastructure projects, upgrades, and deployments
- Manage email flow, routing, security, and troubleshooting activities
- Administer and support Active Directory, Exchange Online, Azure, and virtual infrastructure environments
- Provide Level 3 support and technical escalation for enterprise systems
- Maintain and optimize backup, recovery, and storage platforms
Requirements:- Bring 7–10 years of Windows Server administration experience
- Demonstrate 7–10 years of Exchange and messaging administration expertise
- Apply 3–5 years of experience supporting Azure, Office 365, and Microsoft Teams
- Manage virtual infrastructure environments, including Azure Local and hypervisor technologies
- Work effectively within structured change management and change control processes
