Hiring a Site coordinator with high rise experience in Downtown Toronto !Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for a Site Coordinator - High rise in the Construction industry in Toronto, Ontario. Total rewards:- $70000.00 - $80000.00 annually

Responsibilities:- Support the Site Superintendent in managing day-to-day site operations on high-rise residential projects
- Coordinate and monitor work across multiple trades (concrete, formwork, MEP, drywall, finishing, envelope) to ensure alignment with schedule and drawings
- Assist in developing and maintaining look-ahead and master construction schedules; track progress and identify potential delays
- Perform site inspections and quality control checks to ensure work meets specifications, codes, and company standards
- Coordinate material deliveries, equipment logistics, and site access, including scheduling concrete pours, rebar, and major installations
- Maintain daily site documentation, including reports, logs, inspection records, and deficiency tracking
- Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and municipal inspectors, including scheduling inspections and ensuring compliance
- Support health & safety programs, conduct site walkthroughs, and ensure all workers adhere to safety standards
Successful candidates will have:- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- 2–5+ years of site-based experience in high-rise residential construction
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing and building systems (structural, MEP, envelope, finishes)
- Experience coordinating multiple subcontractors and trades on active job sites
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Exposure to full project lifecycle (structure to occupancy) -Preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office and construction software (e.g., Procore, Aconex)
