Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for a Senior Project Manager in the Financial Services in a hybrid work environment in Toronto, Ontario.
The Senior Project Manager is responsible for establishing, leading, and delivering strategic business and technology initiatives sponsored by executive leadership. This role oversees the successful planning, execution, governance, and delivery of large-scale, highly complex projects that drive business transformation, operational efficiency, systems modernization, and organizational growth.

A typical day:

Lead large-scale, complex enterprise projects involving multiple business units, technology teams, external vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders.
Define, plan, orchestrate, and deliver project outcomes across business, operational, and technology domains.
Manage all phases of the project lifecycle, from initiation and planning through execution, transition, and closure.
Ensure successful delivery within approved scope, budget, timeline, and quality expectations.
Establish clear project objectives aligned with business strategy and executive priorities.
Drive accountability across project teams and stakeholder groups to achieve desired outcomes.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders at all organizational levels, including executive leadership.
Serve as the primary point of contact between project teams and executive sponsors.

Successful candidates will have:

University degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive project management experience leading complex business and technology initiatives.
Demonstrated experience managing enterprise-scale projects across multiple business functions.
Experience working within highly matrixed organizations and cross-functional delivery environments.
